10 May 2013 : Race Night Saturday 25th May
There will be a race night held at the ground on Saturday 25th May after the 1st XI's Southern Premier League Divison 2 clash with Paultons at Burnaby Road.

The bar will be open early so why not come in and enjoy a pint and take in some of the cricket before the racing begins.

Wives/Girlfriends, friends etc all welcome!

22 Apr 2013 : Senior Outdoor Nets
There will be no outdoor training this week as the nets have still not been finished by the contractors.

Hopefully they will be completed by next week.

11 Mar 2013 : Playing/Training Wear
A range of club clothing is again available to order for all club members. The range is made by the same supplier of last years playing/trainingwear Stuart Surridge.

The following garments are available:

Playing wear

Sleeveless Sweater £30
Long Sleeve Sweater £35
Cap £9

Training wear

Short Sleeve Training Shirt £17.50
Training Shorts £15
Tracksuit Bottoms £25
Hooded Sweatshirt £26
Beanie Hat £9

New playing shirts will be part subsidised at a cost of £10 per shirt at a later date.

Just a quick reminder that senior indoor nets start this coming Saturday 2nd March at Portsmouth Grammar School , 9 - 11am

The cost of the 4 sessions will be £10 per person, alternatively if you wish to pay separately for each session the cost will be £5 per session

20 Feb 2013 : Josh Booth confirmed as clubs overseas player for 2013
Josh Booth confirmed as clubs overseas player for 2013The club are pleased to announce Josh Booth has agreed to become our overseas player for the coming season.

Josh is a new ball bowler from Melbourne, Australia and plays for Yarraville Cricket Club in the Victorian sub-district cricket association competition.

Josh also holds a Cricket Australia level 1 coaching badge so will be helping out with the club's Colts section over the summer.

We look forward to welcoming Josh to the club and hope he enjoys his stay with us both on and off the pitch!

25 Jan 2013 : Southern Electric T20 Cup
We have been handed a home tie against Andover in the first round of the Southern Electric T20 Cup

The tie will take place on Sunday 19th May


24 Jan 2013 : Social Evening
The end of season social evening will now be held at our main sponsors the Bombay Express Balti House on Friday 1st February 8pm

There will be a rolling buffet with 4 starters, 4 mains and 4 sides including poppadoms, naan's and rice.

The cost will be £12 per head.

Wives, Girlfriends, Friends more than welcome.

Please let your team captain know ASAP if you plan to attend.
